RAMADAN DESSERTS: WHITE CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA MOUSSE

If you're a lover of white chocolate and very rich desserts, then this recipe is most certainly one you'll enjoy. You don't need to spoon massive amounts into your dessert glasses because this is such a rich dessert. It's not for the faint-hearted, nonetheless, enjoy!
PREP TIME
Overnight
INGREDIENTS
Serves:4
175 grams white chocolate
90 millilitres milk
2 egg whites
2tsp of Vanilla bean paste
225 millilitres double cream
METHOD
Melt the chocolate , stir in milk, set aside.
Whip the egg whites and vanilla bean paste until stiff, then fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
Whisk the cream until it forms soft peaks.
Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
Divide into 4 dessert glasses and chill overnight.
Sprinkle with a raspberry and some mint leaves to serve.
